Urban Kiz is a European evolution of the Angolan dance Kizomba. It is danced to electronic and hip hop influenced music in a linear fashion using straight and syncopated steps that accelerate and decelerate to accent the rhythm. Being a fusion dance, there are several dance styles that were brought together to create the foundation, and the dance is always evolving to include more styles and create new shapes.In this class we will explore the fundamentals and basic movements that make up Urban Kiz. The goal is to create a clean foundation, good habits and strong connection to take this dance with you where ever you may go.

$15 per Class or $120 for 3 Months

We rotate partners during class, so no partner is required. You are not obligated to rotate if you have a partner you'd like to learn with
ALL levels are welcome.
No outside shoes. Socks are a great alternative!
