About this Event
Downtown Chicago has served as the shooting location for many memorable films. The area's fine coffee shops also serve ideal study spots for UChicago students. This hike will combine both these elements, walking through the sets of many great American movies while gaining practical knowledge of the city's best lattes and croissants.
We will take the Metra downtown from the 59th street stop. We will also use the Metra to return to campus. Metra tickets will be provided at the station.
This Urban Hike will include multiple hours of outdoor walking. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, and appropriate clothing for the weather.
