Neville Pantazis, Darwin food and wine connoisseur and director of Parap Fine Foods, has curated these unique hospitality experiences for your eating and drinking pleasure.
During the event you will visit seven CBD venues and at each venue you will get a drink (six alcoholic drinks and one mocktail) with a food offering served in the middle of the table to share. Enjoy a French 75′ cocktail accompanied by Gunbalanya eye fillet skewers with salsa roja or La Rosalita cocktail accompanied by shallow fried calamari. And that’s just a teaser of what’s on offer!
