Shannon Molina is an award-winning vegan baker, amateur carpenter, professional educator, and proud chicken mama. In March 2019, she adopted four day-old chicks and over the last five years, she has learned a lot about how to effectively care for chickens. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience in order to help them add beauty to their own lives.
