About this Event
The Delaware Urban Farm and Food Coalition (DEUFFC) invites you to join us for a Delaware Agriculture Week event. This year's event will explore the urban agriculture and health and wellness intersect, highlighting local projects that utilize urban farming and gardening to advance community health and wellness.
Arrive as early as 5:00 pm to network with community members, and to learn more about the work of the DEUFFC and how to get involved. Partnering organizations will host displays and refreshments will be provided by William Penn High School's Culinary Program. Formal program begins at 6:00pm.
This program is in person only; in the event of inclement weather, we will move the program to Zoom. There is no cost, but registration is required. For additional information contact Carrie Murphy, UD Cooperative Extension, [email protected] , 302-831-1426.
The DEUFFC is a thriving network of individuals and organizations working to strengthen local communities by supporting urban agriculture. Be sure to check out our website www.deuffc.org and stay connected by liking us on Facebook or signing up for our newsletter.
