Uptown Nature Hikes

Join me your host Kaity for an afternoon of movement, forest bathing, meditation, and journaling.

Together, we will explore an Uptown forest trail, practice connecting with our intuition and Mother Nature. This is a moderate trail, no hiking experience required. Once we enter the forest, I will guide the group through a forest bathing experience and grounding meditation. We will then culminate the experience by journaling and connecting in a community circle.

All sales are non-refundable. 10 % of proceeds will go to local and global organizations.

Kaity Modesto is Native Dominicana from Washington Heights, NYC. As a Writer, Published Author and Intuitive Communicator, her mission is to deliver messages that will inspire and elevate your human experience. She is a proud graduate from Union College and holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Lehman college. Kaity has over twelve years of professional experience in Education, Community Engagement, and Communications. She also has certifications from Soul Teacher Energy Reading and Ready Set Coach (2022).

As an Intuitive Communicator, she teaches clients how to embrace their inner voice so they can feel more equipped to speak up for themselves, follow their true calling, and find mindful practices to live a more joyful lifestyle. Kaity loves spending time in nature and curating events which evoke stimulating conversations, promote community building, and healing.
