ABOUT THE WORKSHOP​Everyone likes to go upside down but naturally we are all scared at first until we actually try then we will never stop! Join us on this fun playful and safe journey guided by OZ. He will break down the myth and the fear behind inversions then safely facilitate the transition into the new norm and that is smiling with your head or hands on the ground. Expect lots of drills, tools and play. There is something for everyone and we are here to show you the way.
