We are happy to Announce that on September 17th 5:30pm & 6:30 we will be Hosting Uprise Judo of York to come in and use our matspace to instruct on the art of Judo. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from well studied black belts in the art of foot sweeps and more.
A Judo/Jiu Jitsu Gi will be required for these Times.
5:30pm 9-14 years old
6:30pm 15 year old +/Adults
