The City of Minneapolis will share updates on the Upper Harbor redevelopment at this community meeting. This 50+ acre site on the North Side between Washington Avenue and the Mississippi River, is being transformed to accommodate new places to live and work, a 20-acre riverside park, and a community performing arts center. Everyone is invited to hear from the City and the development team, led by United Properties, as they share information about the latest on the project, a proposal for the Health & Wellness Hub, and next steps.
