Dr. Charlotte Robinson has worked closely with Full Cycle's top Bike Fit Specialists—Ryan Ignatz, Jaime Jacoby, and Tom Robey—for years, refining a shared approach to optimal cycling posture, mechanics, and injury prevention. Through ongoing discussions and collaborative workshops, they’ve developed a common language around bike fit, technique, and the root causes of pain while riding.

As Boulder’s leading physical therapy clinic, Alpine Fit takes a whole-body approach to diagnosing and treating pain—focusing on the root cause, not just the symptoms. In this series, Dr. Charlotte will break down riding technique flaws, mobility limitations, and muscle imbalances that contribute to pain, while offering practical bike fit adjustments and movement strategies to keep you riding strong.

Whether you’re a mountain biker, gravel grinder, or road speedster, this workshop will give you the tools to ride pain-free and perform at your best! Don’t miss out on this expert-led series designed to keep you on the bike and out of pain.

Dr. Charlotte Robinson graduated from the University of Colorado Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2018. She has been treating in outpatient physical therapy settings since graduating, with a focus on high school, college, and weekend warrior athletes. She specializes in shoulder injuries in rock climbers, bikers, and overhead athletes. Charlotte also focuses on the running community and has worked with recreational and olympic athletes alike to address running injuries and prevention. Charlotte is certified in synergistic dry needling and uses this along with instrument assisted soft tissue release, myofascial release, joint manipulation, and other hands on techniques to keep her patients active and doing what they love!

Outside of the office, Charlotte can be found camping in the summer months and snowboarding in the winter months. She loves to explore the mountains and get out in the Colorado wilderness with her Golden Retriever pup, Burton.
