All participants will receive a certificate of attendance issued by ICSE&Co in collaboration with SIM – Scuola Italiana di Mentoring. The certificate will be enhanced with the following options:
• Option 1: For those who took part in the Portugal mobility and will attend the Florence conference – recognition of credits for the Foundation level and a 10% discount on the Practitioner certification.
• Option 2: For those attending the Florence conference who are already mentors (outside of SIM) – recognition of credits for the Foundation level and a 10% discount on the Practitioner certification (subject to CV submission).
• Option 3: For those attending the Florence conference who are not yet mentors – a 10% discount on the Foundation course.
