Public Kundalini yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) classes to work on your energy through physical movement and meditationAbout this Event
Each class includes a kriya and meditation to help us work on energetic blocks and bring us back into our flow.
No previous experience with kundalini or any other types of yoga is needed, and the class is open to all ability levels. This is an hour for you to connect with your authentic self.
Students are asked to bring their own mats. Props, if required, are available at the centre.
