For ages 18 & up
Description
Invest a little time in adding these updated versions of classic Southern dishes to your repertoire. Working with a small team, you'll poach shrimp in a spicy sauce; fry sweet tea-brined chicken to golden brown; roast vegetables; whip up a lighter version of cheese grits; and create a flaky pie dough for a tart and creamy dessert.
For ages 18 + up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal at the end of class.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
