Make your own personalized earrings, necklace or pin with a variety of papers including vintage books, magazines, maps, origami papers, rice papers, gold leaf, sari material and so much more. All supplies are provided but if you want to incorporate a special memento into your work, feel free. The base is a very lightweight wood in many different sizes and shapes to give you the most choice. Findings are also provided.

Guest Instructor: Mary Frances is a third generation Schenectady native who has taught many classes in watercolor and her own brand of upcycled paper jewelry. Her passion for thrifting and recycling drew her to create and teach this style of art. She has taught many classes in the 518 area over the past 20 years and currently teaches watercolor at Mohawk Valley Art Shoppe. Her website is Maryfrancesmillet.com.
