About this Event
Do you have a pair of jeans or a shirt that you want to keep but it has a hole or a stain? Then come down to our Upcycled Clothing workshop! We will show participants how to stencil, paint, make patches and cool cutouts for clothing to give it a new life. By patching our clothes we reduce waste and can bring new life into our garments. Please bring 1-2 causal pieces of clothing (jeans, shirts, tank tops, tote bags) to decorate and work with. Our workshop is for ages 10 and up. See you there!

Killeen Creators is a community service organization with a mission to combat food insecurity, Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD), and disenfranchisement by building individual and community capacity through our Community Garden, Civic Empowerment, and ART of Recovery initiatives.
