About this Event
Sommelier guided tasting through Chef’s farm to table menu.
Guests will be escorted to our private outside event center overlooking
our bicoastal views of Maui.
Chef has created a six course tasting menu from our local farms on
Maui. A sommelier will guide you through a six course menu with
explanations of the food and beverage. We have chosen a variety of
our cocktails utilizing our Ocean organic farm and distillery spirits and
local Maui wine to accompany chef’s menu. Each course has been hand
picked and prepared with the finest ingredients.
Sommelier Tasting Highlights:
❖ 6 course farm to table and farm to bar tasting
❖ View bicoastal views from our private outside event center
❖ Discuss a variety of our cocktails utilizing our Ocean organic farm and
distillery spirits and local Maui wine to accompany chef’s menu.
30-minute guided tasting experience includes Ocean organic vodka,
Kula organic rum, Kula toasted coconut rum, Fy gin and Maui wine.
Featuring Surfing goat dairy farm fresh goat cheese.
