This year, the University of the Philippines Alumni Association of Michigan is celebrating the 40th Anniversary of recognizing the Outstanding Youth of Michigan (OYM), the UPAAM’s signature project. Since the Association was founded in 1984, we have given away 223 scholarships to the most deserving recipients of Filipino heritage residing in Michigan, who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in academics, community service, leadership, sports and athletics, visual arts, and letters and performing arts. Please join us as we celebrate this years’ scholarship recipients, celebrating past awardees, and enjoy the musical concert, dancing, and entertainment on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 3:00 – 9:00 PM at the MACEDONIAN CULTURAL CENTER
