Uo-Show is proud to present diners with its meticulously selected premium Japanese "Shinmai", creating its full series of high-quality onigiri with a 1:1 perfect ratio of Koshihikari Rice from Toyama Prefecture and Nanatsuboshi Rice from Hokkaido. A new technique is also introduced to “Level UP”, the fluffy texture of the onigiri! Meanwhile, Uo-Show is also launching a variety of creative new flavours with wasabi-flavoured hatsu-tsumi nori. From now until 12 June, diners can try out the newly-introduced savoury Bonito Floss with Wasabi & Soy Sauce Onigiri (Wasabi Flavoured Nori), melt-in-your-mouth Salmon Wasabi & Teriyaki Onigiri (Wasabi Flavoured Nori) and appetising Crawfish with Wasabi Sauce Onigiri (Wasabi Flavoured Nori) with special prices starting from HK$9 only, for a truly mind-blowing Japanese light meal experience!
