This retreat, led by Blue Lotus President Tyler Lewke and board member Grant Goehler, offers a serene space to honor your journey, find clarity, and cultivate purpose. Join us at The Blue Lotus Buddhist Temple and give yourself the gift of reflection and renewal. Let's unwrap 2024 together and step into the new year with intention.
What to Expect:
- Guided Meditations: Ground yourself in the present while exploring the past year with compassion and insight.
- Creative Writing Exercises: Discover your inner voice and explore your accomplishments, regrets, and moments of grace.
- Facilitated Group Discussions: Share and learn from others as we examine areas of integrity, incomplete communications, and aspirations for the year ahead.
- Community and Connection: Gain a sense of camaraderie with meaningful conversations and shared interests and goals.
- A Look Ahead: Gain clarity and focus as you define "what's next" for 2025.
Lunch Included.

About Tyler and Grant:
Tyler is a diehard social capitalist, serial entrepreneur, compulsive closer, nonstop negotiator, hyperactive dealmaker, marathon runner, accountability addict, profit first zealot, pen collector, real estate rainmaker, obsessed writer, radical disruptor, and terrible speller and a sober-minded Buddhist. He is an author, board president, CEO, speaker, business therapist, and a fierce advocate for equality.
Grant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois who graduated from the University of Southern California with his MSW. A Marine Corps veteran, Grant moved to Illinois and began working for the Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center program, providing individual and group therapy to a diverse population of combat veterans recovering from war’s devastating effects. Grant is also a private practice clinician.
