Join me for the 3rd UN'WINE'D VIN/YIN! We’ll begin by building energy and strength through a flow of sun sals and warrior dances, and end class with a steady flow that invites you to challenge yourself and find ease in poses that we'll hold for a 3-5 minutes. A Vin/Yin class will integrate active movement to build some heat at the beginning portion of class, followed by beautiful restorative postures to activate the muscles and find ease as you challenge your mind and body -- find your own edge as you invite softness and ease of mind before coming into your final resting posture.
