unWINEd: Sound Bath + Vines - Dec 2025

Take the morning to slow down and reconnect with yourself at unWINEd. Set against the beauty of the vineyard, you’ll be guided by a soundbath to release tension, quiet the mind, and invite you fully into the present moment. You'll carry that sense of calm and clarity with you into the rest of your weekend.

Admission includes a basic set-up (yoga mat, small pillow, blankets, eye pillow), hot tea, sound bath, and 1 glass of wine. Please bring any other comforts you'd like, a journal and pen for reflection. If you'd like lunch afterwards, the winery has a cheese plate for purchase. If you'd like something else to eat after the session, please feel free to bring a bite for afterwards.

Agenda:

• 9:30-9:45am: Arrival, tea, small bites at the picnic tables. Option to set intentions.
• 9:45-10:45: Sound bath
• 10:45 - 11:00am: Reflection and optional discussion.
