🌿 Awaken & Unwind: A series of mindful hikes with community and tea 🍵Step into the rhythm of the day with Awaken and Unwind — an offering that invites you to reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.
Each session begins with a gentle local hike, thoughtfully paced to awaken your senses and ease you into presence. We'll end our walk with a short guided meditation in a peaceful spot, followed by time to simply be — to share reflections, connect with fellow participants, or sit quietly with a warm cup of tea crafted from local herbs.
