About this Event
Two hours of movement, breath, and community will leave you feeling nourished and rejuvenated. Like the sun and the moon, an activating yet gentle Yin Yoga practice followed by passive Restorative Yoga poses will be the perfect complement to feeling energetically renewed.
Our practice will be deeply therapeutic for the mind and body, as Kelsey integrates breathwork, meditation, and reiki throughout. We’ll close our practice with an extended savasana, letting the mind drift away as the body enters a deep, restorative state while Kelsey plays a variety of sound healing instruments guiding you through a deep release and reset. Invest in yourself and enjoy a moment to recalibrate your nervous system, reduce stress, and experience deep rejuvenation on a cellular level. Light refreshments will be available afterwards.
Journey into the depths of relaxation through yoga, meditation, breath, and sound guided by Kelsey Sabo, a certified trauma-informed healing practitioner who has been teaching since 2016 and uses the tools of yoga, meditation, reiki, and sound to ease you into a state of inner peace and harmony, with an purpose to help guide you home.
