Sue Mann Yoga Teacher.
Her journey with yoga began 30 years ago and she has been teaching for 15 years. She combines postures to develop strength and flexibility alongside breathwork and guided relaxation.
Vicky Robinson Sound Practitioner.
An Elysium Sound-bath is an experience where a group of people come together to deeply relax and let go of tensions, bringing peace and harmony to mind, body and soul.During the sound-bath you will lie down cosy and warm with pillows and blankets. The sounds of the Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls will wash over you (there's no water, we're using soundwaves!) guiding you into a deeply meditative state. All you have to do is listen. The Himalayan bowls provide a warm, harmonious, welcoming tone to help you calm and settle into treatment, reducing the brain waves to a relaxed state. The Crystal Singing Bowls have a much purer pitched, ethereal tone which takes you deeper into the relaxation encouraging you to truly let go.
Anne Kingston Somatic Movement Teacher.
There will be a weaving of floor work and standing natural movement explorations that will help you deepen your own movement intelligence and embodied sensitivity. We may find ways that your body can move on the floor, standing, dancing, or sitting. Anne is a facilitator of embodied movement, holistic and Middle Eastern dance and is an organiser and facilitator of relaxation experiences in Morocco.Having facilitated Middle Eastern and holistic dance for over 30 years Anne added a MA in Dance and Somatic Movement: Connections to the Living Body from the University of Central Lancashire in December 2021.
Clare Jackson Holistic Therapist.
As the owner of Connective Healing I have 10 years experience as an Holistic Therapist, specialising in musculoskeletal health, women's health and Therapeutic Coaching. Prior to setting up Connective Healing I worked with children who had been through abuse and trauma for over 20 years. I will be offering a guided relaxation session to support your nervous system and bring inner peace and calm.
