The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in the body, extending from the brain stem down to the abdomen. It plays a vital role in regulating the parasympathetic nervous system- often referred to as the "rest and digest' system.
During this extended yoga class, you will learn simple techniques to help relax and release the vagus nerve, using grounding breath work, gentle movement, and restorative relaxation poses, leaving you with valuable tools to support your overall well-being and promote balance in both body and mind.
