Unwind and Exhale – A Gentle Sunday Morning of Yoga & Rest
Take a deep breath… and let your Sunday begin in the most peaceful way possible.
In this 3-hour session, we’ll gently wake up the body with soft, flowing movements before moving into soothing yoga sequences, mindful breathing (pranayama), and a deeply relaxing guided rest. It’s all about slowing down, releasing tension, and creating space for calm.
This nurturing practice is suitable for every body – no pretzel poses required! Chairs are available if you prefer not to sit on the floor, and beginners are warmly welcomed alongside seasoned yogis. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in (Lycra completely optional).
