About this Event
Are you living with pain, tension, or stiffness? Whether it’s from injury, wear and tear, chronic conditions, or everyday stress, this 3-part Kaiut Yoga workshop series offers a space to slow down, restore function, and deeply unwind.
Each session focuses on a different area of the body — hips & low back, shoulders & neck, and feet & knees — where pain and tension commonly reside. Rooted in the Kaiut Yoga method, these workshops use slow, floor-based sequences designed to help the body & mind move toward balance and healing.
Unwind: A 3-Part Journey of Healing is a series designed for real people, with real pain, for real relief.

Part 1 – July 19 (Saturday): Unwind: Hips & Low Back
Part 2 – August 16 (Saturday): Unwind: Shoulders, Neck & Upper Back
Part 3 – September 20 (Saturday): Unwind: Feet, Knees & Ankles
