If your child loves to make and eat culinary treats, this camp is for them! Join us on a culinary adventure as we let our cooking imaginations run wild during Middle School Edition: Unusual Foods from Unusual Places. We’ll work together to recreate favorite literary or pop culture cuisines. We’ll have tea parties in Wonderland, decide what exactly goes on a “Krabby Patty”, mix our own Butterbeer and more while using unconventional methods like cooking over a campfire and baking in microwaves. Campers will also create a cookbook to take home with them so families can cook and taste the foods together!
Our full-day camps include time in the Museum, a mid-week field trip, snacks, group projects and plenty to write home about.
CDM will continue to Play It Safe by:
- requiring masks for all visitors, staff and volunteers ages 5 and up
- conducting a no-contact health screen and temperature check on a daily basis
- limiting camp capacity
