40 North, the Champaign County Arts Council is thrilled to announce UNTITLED, a one-of-a-kind, premier late-night fundraiser on February 28th at the Orpheum Theatre. The arts are a fundamental expression of our humanity and help us unite and invigorate this amazing community.
