A women’s circle is a co-created space for women to show up as their full authentic selves. You do not need to change anything about your current state to be welcome and held in the space. Come as you are whether that be full of energy, low, sad, happy, neutral, or sensitive. Together, we cultivate a sanctuary of love, compassion, & acceptance, where your vulnerability is brave & all versions of you are celebrated.

What to expect in Circle🌹

🪶Grounding visualization - Together we will arrive into the circle with a guided visualization to become aware with what is present in the body, breathing space into what is.

🪶Opening the circle - We will get familiar with one another as we create the container that will hold the circle.

🪶Introduction to the Womb and Dark Feminine Energy - Here we will introduce ourselves to our womb as we connect deeper into this energy center and the dark feminine archetype.

🪶Breathwork activation - Ignite the raw, untamed, primordial energy that lies within the womb.

🪶 Sound Journey into the Womb - A sound meditation journey that will guide you to connecting to the aspects of dark feminine that lie within the womb.
