Our instinctual self embodies the untamed essence of our being—it’s an ancient and intrinsic part of us that remains untouched by external influences. Yet, we often suppress our instincts in favour of logic and social acceptance. This suppression is primarily due to conditioning, where at some point, it was deemed unsafe to rely on our primal intelligence. This issue is universal but particularly pronounced for women, who for generations have had to forsake their instincts for survival. This continues to resonate within us today.
Even now, living in harmony with our instinctual intelligence is seen as a threat to conformity, complacency, and control.
Our instinctual self represents our most genuine and unaffected nature. It transcends labels, narratives, and identities, embodying the unfiltered language of our bodies. Grounded in our instincts, we exist with deep trust, guided by an innately wise internal compass. Here, we harness the untamed essence of our being.
What to expect: Expect to move, and be moved. You will gain a felt sense of all the channels through which your body speaks, including imagery, movement, emotion, and sensational awareness. You’ll be supported to land inside your body, where your primal instinctual intelligence resides.
About Ceremony: A Ceremony is structurally different to a workshop or event, in that it does not follow a set agenda. Ceremony itself has a spirit/lifeforce of its own, separate to the participants and facilitator. It’s a collaboratively creative space, powered by all that inhabit the container. At the heart, ceremony serves as a bridge between our material world and spiritual one.
This ceremony is NOT SUITABLE for: pregnancy, post-partum, diagnosed bipolar or schizophrenia, diagnosed brain or abdomen aneurysms, suffer/or have suffered from any heart-related conditions.
