Welcome to Unsupervised // Premonitions — A collaborative project between Bliss Starling and Ayaan Asif, a space developed for visual and musical artists to share their work with their local community and experiment with the themes of chaos, nostalgia, maximalism, the old web and erotica. Our lineup of creatives push the boundaries of what it means to create in a connected yet fragmented world.Unsupervised // Premonitions draws inspiration from a generation of children who, unsupervised, ventured into the vast and unregulated depths of the internet. These experiences have shaped who they are today; confused, fearful, and yet still curious. The title invokes the sense of a world that is chaotic, uninhibited, and sometimes terrifying, while also being filled with awe and excitement.
We’ll be bringing you 8 different musical performances, 13 different visual artists working in a variety of mediums, as well as vendors to get some magical goods from.
