About this Event

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? This in-person somatic-based class will guide you through movement, breath, and nervous system practices designed to help you release stress and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore how regulating the nervous system can create more space, ease, and possibility in your body and mind.

Led by Laura Kieley, a certified somatic stress release practitioner, yoga & movement educator, and studio owner, this class blends somatics, yoga, and nervous system science into an accessible and empowering practice. No experience is needed — just an openness to move and explore.

This class is for you if:

  • You’ve been feeling stuck, heavy, or disconnected from yourself.
  • Stress or overwhelm has been building and you’re craving relief.
  • You want practical tools to regulate your nervous system.
  • You’re curious about somatic movement and how it can support you.

Nope! This class is accessible to all levels.

What should I bring?
A yoga mat if you have one, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in.

A mix of gentle movement, breathwork, and guided somatic practices to help you release stress and feel more regulated.

How long is the class?
About 75 minutes, including practice and integration.

Will there be time for reflection?
Yes. You’ll have the option to pause, journal, or simply sit with what arises during the session.
