We’ll gather in a safe, heart-centered space and open the evening with a cup of ceremonial cacao from Ubud Raw - the “food of the gods,” a sacred plant medicine that awakens the heart, quiets the mind, and invites us into deeper presence. Through guided meditations, energy-clearing practices, and grounding rituals, you will be supported to:
