Unstoppable blokes 4 week program.
Feb 16- March 16
(on the 16th of March there will be a workshop and feed to finish the project)
A one on one session will be set up for all participants the week before. Everything will be explained and you will receive your journal and diary.
Everything set over the 4 weeks is non negotiable.
Meeting twice a week face to face at 4:30am, you will be home by 6am.
Monday and Friday. Start and finish of the week and this will give us the opportunity to plan the weekend around negative and toxic habits and people.
Daily check ins from everyone.
No alcohol over the 4 weeks.
Sundays are for weekly planning and daily planning for the week ahead.
On the days we meet you will be required to bring your journal, diary, towel, water and joggers. We will be meeting indoors and outdoors depending on the week.
Weekly challenge will be every Wednesday.
If you’re late or forgot above essential items there will be penalties, we are a brotherhood so we complete everything together. Including penalties.
We will cover: Habits, accountability, discipline, forgiveness, comfort zone, growth, sustainability, support, integrity.
You will be required to join a private WhatsApp group for accountability, support, engagement and check ins.
At any point we can change the direction of our lives by a sometimes a very hard choice. At the end of the day that choice is in our hands, when you’re accountable and put your hand up for help your life will change.
Life doesn’t get easier we get stronger we get better. Remember nothing good is easy!!
