Participants will learn non-violent Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques to neutralize and deflect situations. Campers will be equipped with verbal and physical self-defense skills providing them with the confidence to take a stand. Role-playing exercises will help participants build the confidence to identify and establish appropriate boundaries.Dates: Monday, July 8 - Friday, July 12
