Unshackled Wine Dinner

A little more about SCAN charity,
SCAN is the only organization in Greater Richmond dedicated solely to the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. SCAN has 5 programs which work together to provide awareness, support, advocacy, treatment and education: Family Support Program, Child Advocacy Center, Richmond & Petersburg CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Circle Preschool Program and Community Programs. Last year, SCAN directly served 1,145 children and 811 adults in Greater Richmond and reached 4,304 individuals through various trainings, screenings and workshops.

• Fresh oysters topped with a homemade mignonette sauce

Salad:

• Fall Salad
• Greens topped with roasted sweet potato, fresh avocado, craisins, candied pecans, crumbled feta, and a homemade zesty dressing.

Entree:

• Pasta Bolognese
• Rigatoni pasta topped with a homemade sauce that is mixed with meat, vegetables, and tomatoes, topped with grated parmesan cheese and drizzled with pesto.

Dessert:

• Chocolate Mousse
• Dark chocolate mousse in a red wine raspberry sauce.
