About this Event
Meeting new people in your 30s and 40s can be challenging as busy routines, established social circles, and life’s demands leave little room for new connections. This workshop helps break through those barriers, building confidence through fun, lighthearted exercises. You’ll develop trust and openness, making it easier to connect and form meaningful relationships - without pressure - and with people you just met. Whether you’re shy or seeking a fresh way to engage, we’ve got you covered. Let go of inhibitions, have fun, and leave with new friends and great memories!
