Join us at ARTicles Gallery for UNPOLISHED INTENT, a solo exhibition of new work by Frank Strunk III. Strunk is a self-taught metal artist originally from Maryland, who lived in St. Petersburg, FL for over two decades before returning to Maryland. His artwork was inspired by his father’s commercial printing plant, where as a young boy he developed a fascination with machinery and mechanics. His new work was influenced by the stark industrial environment of his current home, the small railroad town of Cumberland, Maryland in the Appalachian Mountains.
Our opening reception will be held Friday, Nov. 7, from 5-8 pm at the gallery, 1234 Dr. MLK, Jr. St. N. in St. Petersburg. It is free and open to the general public, though RSVPs are appreciated. The exhibition will remain on display through Nov. 30, 2025.
