"UNPLUG ME" is a monthly program series hosted by Unique Journey Life Coach that invites you to step away from your screens and step fully into yourself.
In a world constantly buzzing with notifications, deadlines, and digital demands, the most radical act of self-love may be the simplest: unplugging.
This series is a soulful reset, a chance to reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, purpose and community in an intentional, screen-free space.
Each month offers a powerful two-hour immersion built around a theme that inspires presence, healing, and personal growth. Expect deep conversations, learning, reflection and creative expression, all designed to restore your energy and elevate your journey.
We begin on August 25, 2025, with our first session:
UNPLUG into Self-Care: "Pouring Back into You"
This inaugural gathering centers on one essential truth: self-care isn’t selfish — it’s a strategy. With the guidance of a seasoned Holistic Wellness Coach, you’ll explore what it truly means to care for yourself from the inside out.
