Join us for a night of meaningful connection, gentle yoga and breathwork, delicious healthy, food, and friendship at the Unplug & Connect Monthly Community Dinner

Where: The Lawn, South Congress in Austin Texas
Cristina and Ellie's vision is to create a meaningful evening to connect without the distractions of the outside world and a reminder of how fufilling it is to share a nourishing meal together with presence.
This in-person event is all about taking a break from screens and technology to truly connect with the people around us. Come and enjoy a delicious meal while engaging in meaningful conversations with fellow community members.
We will start the night off with a yoga class and breathwork to clear out stress from the day and allow ourselves to be fully present with others and with our food.
Our Dinner Will Be Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo Friendly
Ancestral Eating :)
This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, and build lasting relationships.
Tickets are limited and admission does require a ticket. No sales at the door.
