⚠️ QUALIFICATIONS ⚠️
☑️ AGE: 16-17 yrs old (may donate provided with parent/guardian’s consent)
☑️ AGE: 18-60 yrs old (61-65 y/o may donate as long as already a regular donor)
☑️ WEIGHT: at least 110lbs or 50kgs.
☑️ Generally in good condition.
☑️ Have enough rest and sleep.
☑️ Don’t drink alcohol 24hrs prior donating blood.
☑️ No medication intake at least 24 hours (excluding maintenance).
☑️ Make sure you have eaten, but avoid fatty food.
☑️ Drink plenty fluids, like water or juice.
