We'll have some wellbeing stories that will inspire you and opportunities to try some easy ways of strengthening our reslience. We'll have free acupuncture, Recovery Writing. Try the cozy Emmaus 'Listening Sofa' where caring folks will listen and a chat. See what other ways we can Unlock our Wellbeing, like the Creative Instinct a recovery walk around beautiful Ely, and of course come hungry to warm up enjoying homemade food together.
