We'll have some wellbeing stories that will inspire you and opportunities to try some easy ways of doing wellbeing. We'll have free Tai Chi, acupuncture. Try our 'listening sofa' where caring folks who will offer you a cuppa and a chat. Have a go making your own bathbomb while enjoying free tasty food.
