About this Event
Join the Cambridgeshire Recovery Service, The SUN Network, The Edge Cafe, and many more groups as they offer free tasters of fun ways to connect and enjoy wellbeing. We'll have some wellbeing stories that will inspire you and opportunities to try some easy ways of strengthening our reslience. We'll have free acupuncture, recovery writing and the cozy Emmaus 'Listening Sofa' where caring folks will listen and a chat. See what other ways we can Unlock our Wellbeing, take home your own Creative Instinct art , and of course come hungry to enjoy homemade food together.
