Hosted by the LSU AgCenter Food Innovation Institute (FOODii) and the School of Nutrition and Food Sciences, this session of Unlocking the Secrets of Food Sciences will explore the science behind your favorite seasonal treats.The registration cost is $60, which includes ingredients and cooking supplies. Each participant will leave with their own holiday cookies.
Participants under 18 years of age must be registered together with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult fee is $10, applicable only for those accompanying a child.
