About this Event

Join Sharon Lebi - parent counselor, and become the parent you truly desire to be!

Sharon's three-week parenting series explores strategies for dealing with some of the challenges of raising children. Integrating parenting tools and mindfulness-based practices, the sessions are designed for parents of children of all ages, from toddlers through adolescents.

Topics to be explored include: Parenting Styles, Communication, Problem-Solving, Sleep, Promoting Capability and Resiliency.


Series meets from 10:30am - 12:00pm on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, October 29
  • Tuesday, November 5
  • Tuesday, November 12

About the class facilitator, Sharon Lebi:

Sharon holds a master’s degree in education from Seminar Hakibbutzim University in Tel Aviv. In Israel, she served as an educator and vice-principal for ten years at Ofira Navon School in Kefar Saba. Upon arriving in the Bay Area, Sharon became a certified Adlerian Parent Educator at the International Parenting School. She currently is a parent counselor, specializing in counseling parents of children ages two through adolescents.

Originally from Israel, Sharon Lebi and her family have called the East Bay their home for the past three years. Sharon and her husband are parents of three children, their youngest, Shai, is a recent graduate of the JCC East Bay preschool.
