Join us to dig into the fundamentals of logic models and their role in program evaluation. A logic model is a visual depiction of your organization’s or program’s activities and expected outcomes. Logic models can help guide program planning and evaluation and communicate impact to funders and other key audiences.
Through a combination of presentation and interactive activities, you'll:
- Learn the components of a logic model and discover their power as a base for evaluation, to prevent scope creep, and to maintain focus on desired results.
- Learn to build evidence-based models or test theories effectively, ensuring your programs are grounded in solid strategy.
- Craft or refine your own logic model. Bring your existing model or brainstorm ideas to develop one during the session.
Whether you're a novice or a pro, you’ll leave with new ideas and tips for making the most of this foundational evaluation tool.
