Learn how to calm your mind and body through various techniques at our event "Unlocking the Nervous System"!
About this Event

In a world full of unexpectedness, it is important to have tools to help put our mind and body at ease. Come join us for a workshop to learn more about the nervous system & how the window of tolerance helps give background on our fight flight and freeze responses. This event will help break down our state of mind when anxiety is present and help us connect back to our bodies and channel our nervous system responses.

Let’s break the Seattle freeze by being in community together and recognize the strength from within! Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

*$10 registration fee: A part of the proceeds will be donated to National Alliance of Mental Illness
