Your homeowner’s insurance protects you if your home is damaged or destroyed. This class covers the different types of coverage and what you need to look for on a policy. Learn the difference between deductible and premium. You will also discover ways to save money on your premium and the basics of filling an insurance claim.
This is a required course for family partners.

Wichita Habitat for Humanity offers FREE homebuyer education classes for our family partners and anyone in the community who wants to learn about money management, the home buying process, how to maintain your home, safety, and many other helpful topics.
Registration is required. Attending an educational course is free and we advise arriving on time as these sessions will start within 5-10 minutes after the start time.
NOTE: Due to limited space and to ensure a focused learning environment, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for children younger than 12 years old.
